Summary: We had a great 6 day safari with Wakanda Tours all through Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorogoro. The communication upfront w. the office was very easy and we had quick responses taking our questions and wishes into account. Once arrived in Tansania, all went pretty flawless. Special thanks also to our guide Stanley, driving the "extra mile" to make sure we saw all the animals we wanted - mission accomplished - and on top sharing a bit about country and culture.

Summary: Our tour guide Andrew was exceptional! Knew all about the nature and wildlife, kind and funny. We also enjoyed the fridge in the jeep, supplying us with cold water and cola.

Summary: ncredible experience with local professionals! Our guide Richard (our Spanish-speaking guide) was wonderful! He helped us discover the amazing wildlife with great passion, especially when it came to the big cats. We saw animals and landscapes we had never even imagined! He was always smiling and ready to dance and share joyful moments with us. Despite the challenging roads, he was the best driver! In addition, the car was perfect: Super comfortable for the long distances and ideal for the safari, allowing us to see the animals and take great photos. We also want to mention Sule, the chef, he was extremely professional and charming from day one, making sure we enjoyed delicious meals every day and always considering our preferences. We couldn’t have wished for better food! The cultural day in Mto Wa Mbu with Prisca, by bike, was also perfect! She showed us the town, the banana and rice plantations, and the beautiful surroundings, she was the best guide! In conclusion, it was such an amazing experience and trip We will never forget it!

Summary: We had a great experience with Edward in the Safari(s), it exceeded expectations! We saw all the animals we had hoped and more (big 5, post hunt cheetah and lions, namely serval cats). We felt very safe and intrigued with Edward's devoted guidance. He had a vast knowledge he shared with us, ,from animal behavior and ancestry to geology. The communication with Beatrice and the company's back-office was both professional and very comfortable and considerate (from logistics to planning recommendations).

Summary: The safari with Wakanda was a unique and exceptional experience that I recommend to everyone. From the moment we arrived in Tanzania, we were looked after and pampered with extreme care thanks to Wakanda's perfect organisation. Everything was organised down to the smallest detail: airport transfers, accommodation and all meals. Our guide Max was exceptional and made us feel at home right away. His perfect knowledge of the parks, nature and every animal answered all our questions and satisfied our curiosity. Every day was a new adventure. We were able to observe all the Big Five at close range, as well as many other animals, birds and vegetation. The jeep was extremely comfortable and spacious. Every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was prepared with fresh produce and cooked on site by the chef Idrissa. The menu was abundant, varied and of high quality, ranging from local to international dishes. Even for me, who does not eat meat, Idrissa cooked fish and vegetarian dishes every day. Wakanda offers special attention compared to other companies: fresh meals are set up on portable tables and chairs (we ate comfortably in the middle of the savannah with incredible backgrounds of animals and vegetation), unlimited water, soft drinks, wine and beer, and every request or change to the original plan was met. Wakanda organises private tours to satisfy every desire, always offering sincere advice and a local perspective on the programme. I strongly reccomend Wakanda!!!!!

Summary: Driving back from our "budget" safari experience that was the adventure of a lifetime! We had an incredible time, and a big part of that was because of Francis our guide and Doula, our private chef (yes, even on a budget safari we got a private chef!). Francis's keen eye ensured we saw all of the big five and we learned a ton while doing it. Not only did he tell us so much, but he was able to answer every question we asked. Our jokes got a little rowdy but he was always patient and joined in on our humor. We couldn't have asked for a better guide through this magical experience. Dulla was also fantastic. It is amazing what he could do in the camp kitchens and every single meal had fresh vegetables and was delicious. As a vegetarian, I especially appreciated the time he took to make sure I had just as good of a meal as the rest of the group. The accommodation was also great. The Fig Tree had a pool that was refreshing after a hot day. The Taj guesthouse was in the Serengeti where we could see giraffes and hyenas right outside of our window. At the Simba campsite we listened to zebras chewing outside our tent as we went to sleep and woke up to the most gorgeous sunrise and a giraffe. The accomodations aren't luxurious with all the amenities some of the other places have (hot water was spotty), but they were luxurious in the ways that mattered to us. All in all, this trip totally exceeded expectations. Great people, amazing food, and unforgettable wildlife, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Massive thanks to Francis and the team!

Summary: Had the best honeymoon ever! Our guide Felix was absolutely fantastic. Knowledgable about every single animal we saw(he had fun stories to share and fun facts) and brought us to the best places to see so many animals. His English is perfect, he was always polite, and a great sense of humor. Was a pleasure to be in his safari car for 8 days. We traveled from Arusha to Ngorongoro, then to central Serengeti and to northern Serengeti to see the migration. I felt safe the whole time. Couldn’t recommend wakanda more (and especially Felix!!) Summary: I cannot recommend Serengeti Wakanda Tours and Safaris highly enough! Our guide (John) was incredibly knowledgeable, funny and responsible. Our chef (Ashirraf) cooked amazing food every day. They offer such a high quality experience for a very affordable price. We will absolutely be recommending them to everyone we know.

His passion for Tanzania and its wildlife was infectious; he loved sharing stories and insights that brought the landscape to life. If you're planning a safari, I highly recommend Edward.
